The material of moulding adopted Cr12MOV and heat treatment adopted the integral quenching which can control the mould's hardness within HRC50± 3 degree, it ensure that the service life of mould not less than 150000 PCS/set.We have been devoted ourselves to our mould quality. We use Mastercam software programming in order to ensure moulding consistency and make the mould cavity surface to Ra0.4, the rest Ra0.8.
